Our personnel speaks English fluently, some of them also speak other European languages. All new members of our team participate in communication trainings to assure an efficient dialogue with their colleagues and customers.
Each project is assigned to a certain person of our crew, so that the customer could have a single contact person to settle all questions with. Firstly, we will submit you a description of the future activities for your review and approval. During the testing process you will be able to check the detailed progress in real time, using the shared with you Test Matrix (we use Microsoft Excel to track the progress on pre-Test Procedure basis). You will also receive progress overview in Microsoft Project format, test reports on the executed Test Procedures, the progress status and reported bugs. Additionally, you will be able to see bug reports entered to the defects tracking database. Your software developers may have Terminal Services (or other remote administration) access to our test machines to have a look on found problems in their original environment.
By the end of the project we will send you an additional Release Plan with an overview of the outstanding issues that might hinder the product release. When all tests are performed, you will receive the Release Authorization form, with a detailed description of all activities carried out under your project.
